§2. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

§5. Renewal. This Agreement renews automatically each year unless cancelled 30 days in advance.

§8. Liability. The provider's aggregate liability is unlimited and uncapped.

§11. Confidentiality. Each Party keeps the other's confidential information secret for the term of this Agreement.

§14. Notices. Notices under this Agreement must be given in writing to the addresses above.

§17. Assignment. Neither Party may assign this Agreement without the other's written consent.
